Sunday check-in is from 3:00-6:00 p.m.
Saturday or Sunday check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Mid-week check-out time is 4:00 p.m.
Rental Rates – 2020 Season
Weekly (Sunday to Saturday) Rate: $875.00
Weekly (Sunday to Sunday) Rate: $950.00
Partial Week Rental Rate: please ask for a quote as it depends on number of nights you will be staying

Particulars
- Pets are not permitted in/at Overlook Cottage
- Smoking is prohibited inside Overlook Cottage
- Linens are not provided – but we do offer peace, quiet, and firewood!
- Parking for boat trailer (on-property) provided at no additional cost
