Rental Period
Late June through end of September (minimum three night stay).
Check-In & Check-Out
Sunday check-in is between 1:00-4:00 p.m.
Saturday check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Mid-week check-in and -out time is on a case-by-case basis.
Rental Rates – 2024 Season
Weekly (Sunday to Saturday) Peak In-Season Rate: $1300.00*
Partial Week Rental Rate: Please ask for a quote
Payment may be made via Zelle (preferred), Paypal, Venmo, or personal check.
Remittance of full rental fee listed at time of reservation is generally required. An Installment Plan may be possible; please ask.
Particulars
- Pets are not permitted in any way on premise
- Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside Overlook Cottage
- Linens are not provided
- Day guests allowed, with restrictions
- Air conditioning not available; multiple fans provided for your comfort
- Internet access not provided; a Verizon cell tower across the lake makes it easy to connect
